Split group trip expenses and settle up

Add travel companions, record who paid, split shared costs, and see who owes whom.

TripPlanr lets you add named travel companions without requiring them to create accounts. Record who paid for an activity or expense, split it equally among the people who shared it, and open the Settle Up summary to see who owes whom in the trip's base currency.

  • Expense splitting and Settle Up are included on the Free plan.
  • Named expense companions do not need TripPlanr accounts.
  • Settle Up is a calculation. TripPlanr does not collect or transfer money.
  • Plus or the one-trip upgrade lets account-based planning companions comment on an itinerary and suggest changes. Suggestions never overwrite your plan until you accept them.
